Family Court filing fees

Most applications to the Family Court now require payment to the Court of a filing fee. For parenting and guardianship applications this fee is $220.00. However you can request that this fee be waived due to financial hardship.

*There is no filing fee for applications for protection orders (ie domestic violence proceedings).
