Can a Family Court
parenting order be
changed?

Yes, anyone affected by a parenting order, has the right to ask the Family Court to change (vary) or cancel (discharge) it. However the person wanting to change the parenting order must provide the Family Court with reasons for seeking the change. Reasons that support the welfare and best interest of the children effected by the parenting order.*
