Funding for Family Legal Advice Service lawyer, Mediation (& prepatory counselling)

There is no cost for attending a Family Legal Advice Service lawyer, Family Dispute Resolution Mediation (& prepatory counselling) for people on low incomes who who meet the funding criteria.

Eligibility is based on your last three months gross income and the number of dependants you have.  Your spouse/partner's income is not taken into account, nor are your assets.
