Cost of Family Dispute Resolutiuon Mediation

Family Dispute Resolution mediation is free of charge if you qualify for full government funding. Funding eligibility is based on your last three months income in combination with the number of dependents you have. Click here to check if you able eligible.

If you qualify for fully funded Family Dispute Resolution mediation, you will also qualify for free legal advice from a family lawyer who is a Family Legal Advice Service provider and for free prepatory counselling prior to mediation.

If you don’t qualify for funding, you can still use Family Dispute Resolution mediation at a cost $448.50.  The total $897 cost of the mediation is shared equally by the two parties attending the mediation.
